Maslow Need Hierarchy Theory

Abraham Maslow was the investigator who develops an interesting theory about human nature by amalgamating a large body of research allied to human improvement. Based upon Maslow's research hierarchy of human requirements can be seems as a personal evolution. This hierarchy has a Pyramidal structure as represents in diagram given below.

In the hierarchy of human requirement, deficiency is noticed from the Bottom or the starting point to the top or the end point. Each noticed deficiency is dealt along with and removed previous to progress the next level. Analogous to human improvement an evolutionary algorithm can be considered also to contain deficiencies. Firstly these algorithmic deficiencies must be detected dealt along with them. The analogy between an algorithmic evolution and human evolution is shown as given below:
