Pressure Grouting or Cementation
Pressure grouting or cementation consists of forcing cement grout, into cracks, under pressure, voids, fissures etc. present in the structural elements of the building, or in the ground. Therefore the structural components and the foundations, that are liable to moisture penetration, are consolidated and are therefore made water penetration resistant. This method is quite effectual in checking the seepage of raised ground water by foundations and sub-structure of a building.
