Mini Load AS/RS

This system is designed to handle small loads such like tools, individual parts, and supplies that are contained in drawers or bins in the storage system. Such a system is applicable where the availability of space is restricted. It also discovers its use where the volume is too low for a full-scale unit load system & too high for a manual system. Generally, a mini load AS/RS is smaller than a unit load AS/RS and is frequently enclosed for security of items stored.

Deep-lane AS/RS

It is a high-density unit load storage system which is appropriate for storing large quantities of stock. The items are stored up in multi deep storage with up to 10 items in a single rack, one load behind the next. Every rack is designed for flow-through, with input & output on the opposite side. Machine is utilized on the entry side of the rack for input load & loads are retrieved from other side by an S/R- type machine. The S/R machines are same to unit load S/R machine except that this has specialized functions such like controlling rack-entry vehicles.
