Clampers

Clampers are the circuits that clamp the input signal to a different level based upon the configuration   of the clamper circuit. For perform analysis following points to be keep in mind 

(A)       The net swing of the output is equivalent to the net swing of the input signal.

(B)       Begin the analysis by letting that part of the input that shall forward bias the diode.

(C)       At the period, the diode is 'ON', suppose that the capacitor shall charge  up instantly to a level find out by the network.

(D) At the period for which the diode i_d 'OFF' suppose that capacitor shall hold its charge.

(F) During the analysis have complete awareness of the polarity for V₀, So that the accurate value of V_o is find out.
