Today several industries follow stringent quality measures to satisfy the needs of its customers. But the ground reality is quite different as it is hard to know how the customers utilize its product, or what the customers expect more from the manufacturer. As a company though following the wanted quality norms might go out of market for not having satisfied customers. Therefore, it may be concluded that quality requirements should be gauged by the customer's measures.
