Occupational Safety:

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 needs which the Health and Human Services publish at least annually, the list of all known toxic substances through generic family, or other meaningful grouping, and the concentrations at that like toxicity is known to occur.  Within the OSHA Act, the Secretary of Labor has to issue regulations needed employers to monitor employee exposure to toxic materials and to remain records of any like exposure.

The reason of The Toxic Substances List is to identify "all known toxic substances" in accordance along with definitions that might be used through all sections of our society to define toxicity. An excerpt of this list is described in Figure.  It must be emphatically stated in which the presence of a substance on the list does not automatically mean which it is to be prevented.  A listing does mean, therefore, that the substance has the documented potential of being hazardous if misused, or, thus, care has be exercised to avoid tragic consequences.
