Men have to be skilled, have positive attitude to quality, must feel involved and motivated to give their best. Total quality management approach of an organisation centred on quality, depends on the participation of all of its members & aiming at long term success through customer satisfaction & benefits to members of organisation & society. TQM has following four segments:
- Total Quality Control (TQC)
