Transaction Flow
A fundamental system model implies transform flow thus; it is possible to characterize all data flow in this types. Moreover, information flow is often characterized through a single data item which is called a transaction which triggers other data flow along one of several paths. When a DFD takes the form describe in figure, transaction flow is present.
Transaction flow is characterized through data moving along an incoming path which converts external world information into a transaction. Transaction is evaluated and based on its value; flow along one of several action paths is initiated. The hub of information flow from that several action paths emanate is called a transaction center.
It should be noted in which within a Data Flow Diagram for a huge system both transaction and transform flow may be present. Example for, in a transaction oriented flow; information flow along an action path may have transform flow uniqueness.
