The Enterprise modelling builds a 3D view of a business. The 1st dimension addresses functions and the organizational structure which are performed within the business field describe through the organizational structure. The 2nd dimension decomposes business function to isolate the processes which make function occur. And at the final, the 3rd dimension relates goals, objective and CSFs to the companies and its functions. Moreover enterprise modelling builds a business-levels data model which describes data objects and their relationships to other elements of the enterprise model.
The business industries are described in a classical business unit hierarchy. Each box in the org chart presents a business area of the organization. Such as all hierarchies it is commonly possible to refine the boxes within the org chart until short working groups or even individuals are noted. Moreover, for ISP purpose business areas are all that is needed.
Business functions are identified and the processes which are needed to implement the business functions are describe. Every business functions are then related to the business area which has responsibility for it.
