Confrontational Strategy:
The confrontational approach to modification is based on the assumption in that if one could mobilise sufficient anger in sufficient people and force them to seem at a problem, the needs changes will follow. While conflict is stressed, that strategy emphasises non-violent conflict rather than physical force. Membership in like a group is based on one's ability to deal along with and to use conflict in ways that advantages the group.
We end this discussion through presenting a collection of principles or rules of change formulated on the primary of the research and experience of social and behavioural scientists.
