Conformational Isomers:

Conformational isomers are necessarily different shapes of similar molecule resultant from rotation round C-C single bonds. Because rotation round a single bond usually takes place easily at room temperature, conformational isomers are not dissimilar compounds and are independently inter convertible. Differ from the constitutional and configurational isomers, conformational isomers cannot be separated.
