Static Force Analysis:

The machine is considered like a system of rigid bodies that is in equilibrium under the action of external forces that are called static forces. Some forces might change with the modification in configuration. For a specific configuration these forces are constant and loads carried by each of member may be determined. Such an analysis may be carried out for different kinds of configurations of the machine to know the history of loading for each of cycle of the machine. The history of loading is extremely important for the design of the machine members.
