Quality control

The Variation control may be equal to quality control. But how do we achieve the quality control?  The Quality control is the series of inspections reviews and tests used by the development cycle to ensure that each work product meets the requirements placed upon it; the Quality control includes a feedback loop to the procedure which builds the work product. By the combination of measurement and feedback allows us to tune the process when the work products builds fail to meet their specifications. By this approach the views quality control as part of the manufacturing process.

Quality control performance may be entirely manual fully automated or human interaction and a combination of automated tools. A key concept of quality controls is in which all work products have described and measurable specifications. To that we may compare the outputs of every process. The feedback loop is essential to minimize the defects produced.
