Order Progress

The order progress module in shop floor control monitors the status of the different orders in the plant, WIP or Work-In-Progress, and other characteristics that implies the progress and production performance. The information represented is in form of reports pertaining to as:

(a) Work order status, implies the status of production orders,

(b) progress reports, offering information on how many orders were completed throughout the period, how many orders must have been done.

(c) Exception report, implying the deviations from the production schedule and exceptional information.
