Normal Approximation To Distributions:

The central limit theorem helps us to approximate certain distributions through suitable normal distributions and makes it probable to represent a problem associated along with a probability distribution through an equivalent problem related with the normal distribution. Here we elaborates the problems of computation of probabilities associated along with the binomial, Poisson and the hyper geometric distributions using approximations based on the central limit theorems. These approximations are known as normal approximations to the distributions.
