Solution:                      4k Ω is parallel having 4k Ω so 4k||4k = (4 x 4)/(4 +4)

                                                                         =16/8

                                                                          = 2k Ω

                                                So        Req= (2 x2)/(2 +2) = 4/4

                                                                   =1 KΩ
