The presence of dissolved suspended solids, gases, and incorrect pH could be detrimental to the water systems related along with a reactor facility.  Thus, these conditions must be eliminated or minimized to decrease corrosion in the systems of the facility. The way these conditions are controlled and the difficulties within controlling them are discussed.
