TRANSFERS           

A transfer is a change in job assignment. It can involve a promotion / demotion or no change at all in responsibility and status. A transfer must be viewed like a change in assignment in which a worker moves from one job to another in the similar level of hierarchy, requiring similar kind of skills, involving around similar level of responsibility, similar status and similar level of pay. A transfer does not imply any promotion (ascending) or demotion (descending) change in status or responsibility.
