  2.   Mostly involves retail-store selling.
  3.   Mostly salespeople fall into this category.
  4.   The salespeople go to the customers.
  5.   Usually represent producers or wholesaling middlemen and sell to business users. Some of the outside selling is relying more on telemarketing.
