Selecting Software Engineering Tasks

In order to build a project schedule a task set must be differentiate on the project time line. As we noted in the past software project task section the task set will vary depending upon the degree of rigor and the project type. Each of the project types define in the past software project task section may be approached using a process model which is linear sequential iterative example for the prototyping model or evolutionary example for the spiral model.  In the Some cases one project type flows smoothly into the next. Consider an example, concept development projects which succeed often evolve into new application development projects. This progression is both predictable and natural and will occur regardless of the process model which is adopted through a company. The Concept  development  projects  are  initiated  by  the  potential  for  some  new  technology  must  be explored. There is no certainty which the technology will be applicable but a customer believes that potential advantages exist.
