Project Management:
A project contains interrelated activities which are to be executed in a certain order before the entire task is completed.
The success of any project based on effective project management. The project is correctly designed to meet its objectives when
- the project objectives and outcomes are entirely agreed by all of reasons involved,
- the objectives are obtainable, and
- The objectives suit customer needs.
New techniques are evolved to facilitate the timely completion of projects, cost and quality constraints of the project plans.
The project management involves three phases viz. Project scheduling, Project planning, and Project controlling. The planning includes goal setting, describing the projects and team organization. The scheduling includes the relating people, money and supplies to particular activities and relates activities to each other. At last, in last phase the firm monitors the resources, cost, quality and budget.
