Project Controlling:
The controlling of large projects as the control of any management system involves close monitoring of resources, quality, cost and budgets. Basically, control means using a feedback loop to revise the project plan and having the ability to shift resources to where they are required most. Computerised PERT/CPM reports and charts are widely available today on personnel computers. They generates a broad variety of reports including
i. detailed cost breakdown for each task,
ii. cost distribution tables
iii. Raw material and expenditure forecasts.
