Generic Steps:

The fundamental steps followed in the implementation of this methodology are :

1) Recognize each activity to be done in the project.

2) Calculate the sequence of activities and construct a network reflecting the precedence relationships.

3) The information is gathered from those people who are to perform the activity.

4) Calculate the expected time (ET) for each activity using Eq. (4.1). Determine the critical path. By using the expected times, a critical path is calculated in the similar way as the single time case. Following these steps an instance is taken in the test bed for describing the process more clearly.
