Management Process:
We now turn to the management processes of planning, organizing, controlling, and leading. A particular manager might be more concerned along with, say, controlling and organizing customer services/complaints, although another might be dealing along with planning, say, supply of power. The degree of involvement with each of these processes might vary from manager to manager, but fundamentally everyone has to be concerned along with these processes.
We should first take up the planning process as it precedes other processes in a logical sequence.
