Individual incentive plans are the most broadly used pay for performance plans in industry. These pay plans try to relate individual effort to pay. Popular approaches comprise piece work plans, (like Tayor's differential piece rate plan, Merrick's differential piece rate schema, etc.), standard hour plans, (like, Bedeaux plan, Halsey plan, Emerson's plan etc.) merit pay grow, sales incentives lump sum merit payments, and commissions.
