Wastewater And Stormwater Disposal

Disposal of wastewater and stormwater should preferably be considered just while reuse options are not feasible. Final disposal of wastewater is either onto land or water (river, lake, and ocean). Table 4 below presents a few minimal national standards for removal of some of the main constituents in wastewater.
