Challenges Faced by Production Managers:

The challenges faced by a production manager are various which are listed in Table. Not every manager has to face all challenges but at least one comes in the course of each manager. These challenges may be divided into two types, one primarily involving designing of production systems or subsystems and the other one involving scheduling, operating and controlling the system.
