Use functions when Appropriate

An operator has not been overloaded if it does not perform the obvious operation. That should  not  demand  the  user  effort  in  order  to  recognize  the  actual  operation performed through the operator. The main purpose of overloading is to make the program code more readable. It is advisable to use a more descriptive and useful function name if the meaning of an operation to be performed by the overloaded operator is unpredictable or doubtful to the user.
