Whole Learning

The concept of entire learning suggests that worker learn better if the job information is described like an entire logical process, so that they may see how the several actions fit together into the 'big picture'. A vast overview of what the trainee would be doing on the job should be specified top priority, if learning must take place quickly. Research studies have also showed that it is more efficient to practice entire task all at once instead of trying to master the several components of the task at altered intervals.
