Training via Internet

Training programmes delivered using intranet have now been thought of most of the cost effective route. This is not just cost effective but also caters to the actual time information requirement of employee. However, it involves convergence of many technologies, like; software, hardware, web-designing and authoring, multi-media design, instructional design, telecommunications and at last internet intranet network management. Organisations may outsource e-learning training modules at comparatively cheaper rate. Even though training through e-learning is globally enhancing, we do not have sufficient empirical evidence to justify this.
