TRAINING TECHNIQUES
Usually Training methods are classified by the location of instruction. On the job, training is provided while the workers are taught relevant skills, knowledge and abilities at the real workplace; off-the-job training, alternatively, requires that trainees learn at a location other than the actual workspot.
