Modelling

Simply modelling is copying someone else's behaviour. Passive class room studying does not leave any room for modelling. If we desire to change people, it would be a nice idea to have videotapes of people viewing the desired behaviour. The particular model should provide the right kind of behaviour to be copied by others people. An enormous deal of human behaviour is learned by modelling others. Children study by modelling parents and older children; they are fairly comfortable with the procedure by the time they develop up. Since experts put it "managers tend to manage since they were managed!"
