Motivation
For studying to take place, intention to learn is vital. When the worker is motivated, he pays attention to what is being said, completed and presented. Inspiration to learn is affected by the answers to questions like: How essential is my job to me? Will learning help me development in the company? How essential is the information? etc. People learn more rapidly when the material is significant and relevant to them. Usually learning is quicker and long-lasting while the learner participates actively. Most of the people, for instance, never forget how to ride a bicycle because they took an active part in the learning procedure.
