Change Management
One of the areas where the information of managerial behavior is making its main contribution is that of change management. Sympathetic why people behave the way they do include sympathetic why they resist change and how that confrontation might be defeat. It has been said that there is nothing new about efficient change management: it is merely effective management with a new name. This is, indeed, close to the certainty.
