Liquid Plastisol Method
It is depend on making a coat of PVC by cross-linking. The article to be coated is heated up and is then dipped into a tank of cold liquid PVC. The action of heat causes the plasticizer and polymer to cross link and make a gelatinous deposit. Coating thickness up to 12 mm might be attained by this method.
