Electrostatic Spraying
Powder spray gun working in this method is applied along a high voltage source so that particles impelled at high velocity attained strong charge. The part to be coated is earthed in order that it attracts the charged particles. The powder generates an envelope on the whole part as soon as this is earthed and this thickens the deposit. The coated object is then heated up into a continuous film.
