Enlightened Measure:
Organizational performance is specified by enlightened measure. Some measures may be utilized for comparing organizations in terms of world-class status whereas some are presumed to be universally applicable. Each of the organization should select the measures that best highlight its goals. The measures should monitor all of the significant performance aspects of the organization, by including its inputs, internal processes, final outputs, and customer satisfaction. Doing well on one or a few measures is not enough to allow general conclusions about the status of an organization, though doing well on several of them is a good indicator of world-class performance.
