Marketing management is "the art and science of selecting target markets and building profitable relationships with them." Creating, transporting and communicating superior customer value is key issue. Marketing management is conscious effort to achieve wanted exchange outcomes with target markets. The marketer's primary skill lies in influencing, timing level and composition of demand for service, product, place, organization, person, idea, or some form of information.
Marketing Management is defined as planning, analysis, implementation, and control of programs designed to build, create and maintain beneficial exchanges with target buyers for the purpose of achieving organisational objectives.
