Marketing Implementation is the procedure that turns marketing plans into marketing actions so as to accomplish strategic marketing objectives. While marketing planning addresses the and "why" of marketing activities, implementation addresses "who", "when", "where", and "how".
One firm may have fundamentally the same strategy as another, yet win in market- place through better or faster execution. Successful implementation depends on action program that pulls all of people and activities together and create sound formal organizational structure its decision & reward structure (HRM functions and procedures) and the firm's marketing strategies fitting in its company culture (the shared system of values and beliefs).
