Suppliers are firms and particular that provides resources required by company and its competitors to produce services and goods.  They are a significant link in company's overall customer "value delivery system."

1).  One consideration is to observe supply availability (like supply shortages).

2).  Another point of concern is monitoring of price trends of key inputs.

Rising supply costs have to be carefully monitored.
