Moulding Processes:
Molding procedure is among the oldest manufacturing procedure, and even nowadays is primary step in manufacturing of most of the manufacture. In this the molten metal is poured into an earlier prepared mold cavity, which behaves as a negative of the wished product. After solidification the product is taken out of cavity and completed to shape. Based on kind of moulds, type of pattern, pouring techniques, and material, there are various molding procedure. We will discuss some of the features of several molding processes in the following sections.
