Operating Procedures:

In the operation of OFC equipment, the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer in assembling and utilizing the equipment must always be closely followed. It will prevent damage to the equipment and also insure its correct and secure use.

Regulators

The oxygen and fuel gas regulators should be clean and in good working condition. If there is grease, oil or foreign material on a regulator or other equipment, or if the equipment is damaged, it should not be utilized prior to being properly cleaned or serviced by a qualified repair technician. Hoses should be in good condition and of suitable size to provide sufficient volume and pressure of both oxygen and fuel gas to the cutting torch.
