Operation Sheet

It is the document consists of information about a machine operator, drawing of required part, tolerance levels of a product and the quality requirements of the product and processes, etc. This information is utilised by tool room personnel, production and quality personnel. This document is also known as process sheet. It also comprises list of tools, inspection gauges and including inspection frequencies, etc. An operation sheet is shown in Figure 5.
