Mechanism Of Lubricants
We have already explained two types of lubrication is boundary and film lubrication. We shall now expand our understanding of lubrication.
There are mostly three types of mechanism by which lubrication is done.
1. Fluid film, viscous, thick film, or hydrodynamic lubrication.
2. Boundary lubrication or thin film lubrication.
3. Extreme-pressure lubrication.
