Outdoor Lighting
Several homeowners use outdoor lighting for decoration and security. While shopping for outdoor lights, you will find a variety of products, from low-voltage pathway lighting to high-pressure sodium floodlights. Consider natural gas outdoor lights. Several lights can be controlled with motion detectors, so they only turn on while they are needed. Install timers, time clocks or photocells to ensure which exterior lights are turned-off at the appropriate time. Fluorescent and high-intensity discharge bulbs are recognized for their long life, high light output; these are relatively little in size, and can be used in several types of exterior lighting. You might like to install PV-powered lights for areas which are not close to an existing power supply line.
Turn off lights, computers and monitors, and other office equipment while they are not being used, while you leave a room, and at night.
