Welfare Labour Legislations
Legislations coming under this category aims at promoting the common welfare of the workforce and developing their living conditions. Although, in a sense, all of labour-laws can be said to be promoting the welfare of the employees and developing their living conditions and though several of the protective labour laws also has chapters on labour welfare; the laws coming under this category have the particular aim of providing for development in the living conditions of employees. They also carry the term "Welfare" in their titles.
