Q:       Determine the value of the voltage Vo.

Solution:    We want to determine the value of the voltage V0.  The circuit may be redrawn like

                        Here from the circuit

                                                 I1 =3mA

                                    I2 = 1mA

            By applying KVL for loop 3

                                    4kI3 + 2k(I3 +I2) + 4k(I3 -I1) +2k(I3 - I1) =6

                                    4kI3 +2kI3 +2kI2 +4kI3 - 4kI1 +2kI3 -2kI1=6

                                         12kI3 +2 -12 - 6 =12

                                            12kI3 =22

                                                  I3 =11/6mA =1.833mA

                                                     V0 = 4kI3

                                                    = 4k x 1.833m = 7.33 volts
