Change Makers:
Change Makers are the people in the organisation who are actually engaged in the change implementation procedure. Any change programme needs the participation of whole organisation in order to be successful. Employees in an organisation could be divided within three wide change categories:
1 Change Strategists,
2 Change Implementers, and
3 Change Recipients.
Change Strategists are totally responsible for identifying require for change, forming a vision of the desired outcome, deciding what change is feasible, & choosing who should sponsor and defend it.
Change Implementers "make the change happen". That maintain the day-do- day procedure of changes, coordinate several activities and relationships between people which provide the organisation its internal shape & culture.
Change Recipients represent the largest group of people which adopt, and adapt to change. Recipients, actually, provide the desired change its ultimate shape and sustainability. It is their behaviour that determines whether a change will last or not. They are also the basic source of resistance. A few of the key features of Change Makers are given in Table.
