Don't Make Hasty Decisions
If job is offered to you, thank the employer and present your fulfillment. Ask how much time you have to think the offer and, if they propose anything less than 48 hours, ask for more time. Any firm attempting to force you to respond during the interview is probably not a rigid you'd like to work with them, so don't worry too much about asking for more time. They have existing you a job and have indicated their interest in having you. The power has now it's on your side and you can dictate the conditions . . . within reason. Consider the offer and go as far as to inform other employers interested in your candidacy you have previously interviewed with about your offer. They will match better for you.
