On-the-job techniques are most broadly used. No other technique can interest the trainee so much that the location of the learner is not an artificial one in the classroom techniques. The success of these techniques based on the immediate supervisor & his teaching abilities. Especially On-the-job techniques are useful for definite groups as scientific & technical personnel.
